Heuliez Bus announced New GX337 Electric Bus -

Heuliez Bus is a European bus manufacturer known for developing many types of public transport vehicles. It is 100% owned by Iveco through its subsidiary Iveco Bus. The company had sold 400 hybrid buses up to date and is committed to providing real alternatives to fossil fuels.

Recently, the company entered the market for electric buses by developing GX337 ELEC, an all-electric bus, which will be tested by the public transport operator RATP French. The vehicle comes with the "Come & Go" allows arrivals and departures in 100% electric mode at bus stops. As an all-electric bus, hopefully, it will further reduce fuel consumption and hybrid mode itself has already proven to reduce 5% of fuel consumption, 30% of CO2 emissions and 50% of NOx emissions according to the company.

Heuliez GX337 will have a length of 12 meters and installed with 175 kw electric motor. It is able to take up to 0 passengers. The battery is able to last for all day service with a charge overnight using combo DC quick charger and pre-heating in winter in bus depots.

Heuliez Bus covers about 26% of the French bus market has hybrid buses delivered to urban transport services from Bordeaux, Dijon, Nantes, Angers, Toulon, Saint-Pierre Reunion and Barcelona .
